Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Simple and delicious vegan chocolate pudding for breakfast or dessert. Prepare it in the evening and it's ready to eat in the morning.

Vegan Chocolate Pudding

1,5 cups oat milk (or coconut milk)
6 tbsp chia seeds
3 fresh dates (pitted)
2 tbsp nut butter
5 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Put the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add more sweetness if desired. Pour into jars and let the magic happen in the fridge overnight.
